HOW THE INFUSION WORKS:
Our beans are grown at Hacienda Iluminada,
honey processed on the farm, and freshly
roasted in small batches. Then each roast
is infused using our signature technique –
drawing the spirit’s flavor deep into the
bean. The alcohol evaporates during roasting.
What remains is pure flavor – no alcohol,
